Vocational training for the new mobility careers

A medium- and long-term mainstay of the region’s competitiveness will be forged by aligning economic and educational strategies, as skills will have to adjust as new vocations emerge. The Pôle Véhicule du Futur develops cooperation projects between industry and training and encourages partnerships between universities/schools/the professions and firms.

The higher education branches

Around 200 higher education training courses have been identified across the regions of Alsace and Franche-Comté that relate to the Cluster’s orientations.

Examples of vocational courses started in conjunction with the Cluster

Enterprise innovation:

It entails mastering innovation management tools and methods to ensure projects are well managed. This approach prepares for the avoidance of pitfalls such as: lack of patent intelligence, product launch timing errors, underestimating needs, risks, difficulties matching the company’s skills with the market’s needs, difficulties managing and motivating teams, etc.
